Mortgage Administrator

Role Overview:

  • Progress new mortgage applications to offer using pre-defined standards and service level agreements
  • Proactive case progression and customer service communication by telephone, email, and letter to all involved in the mortgage progress
  • Ensure a high accuracy level for data entry and ongoing record keeping
  • Ensure workload is actioned within set SLA, whilst recording case progression
  • Review and validate mortgage supporting documentation
  • Provide advice and support to junior members of the processing team

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working within the Mortgage, Insurance, Financial, Property Coordinator; Underwriter, Processor, Administrator, Case Manager or Mortgage Advisor.
  • You must be an organised, self-motivated individual who wants to provide an exceptional service while being enthusiastic, reliable, and trustworthy.
  • A team player that understands service levels and client care must meet a high standard.
  • Able to commute to and from Norwich.

Paraplanner - Trainee Mortgage Advisor

This is an essential role to a fast paced business and the right person would discover an exciting opportunity with long term prospects. Paraplanners work with a Mortgage Adviser and complete a number of non-advising tasks. Paraplanners are not authorised to give advice or recommendations to clients but are permitted to provide generic information about mortgage products and the house buying process. This role would also suit those who are looking to move into a Mortgage Adviser role long term.

Role Overview:

  • Offering a more focussed administrative service to a smaller pool of brokers.
  • Progress new mortgage applications to offer using pre-defined standards and service level agreements
  • Proactive case progression and customer service communication by telephone, email, and letter to all involved in the mortgage progress
  • Ensure a high accuracy level for data entry and ongoing record keeping
  • Ensure workload is actioned within set SLA, whilst recording case progression
  • Review and validate mortgage supporting documentation
  • Provide advice and support to junior members of the processing team
  • Remortgages – reconnecting with old clients, updating files with current information

Key skills:

  • Previous experience working within the Mortgage, Insurance, Financial, Property Coordinator; Underwriter, Processor, Administrator, Case Manager or Mortgage Advisor.
  • You must be an organised, self-motivated individual who wants to provide an exceptional service while being enthusiastic, reliable, and trustworthy.
  • Paraplanners must have great communication skills as well as excellent analytical ability.
  • A team player that understands service levels and client care must meet a high standard.
  • Able to commute to and from Norwich.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office applications

Training

Where a person is new to the role with no prior experience, a training plan is in place to provide ongoing assessment on the individuals competency. This will be used to build towards taking on the full responsibilities of the role.

Mortgage Advisor

Due to rapid expansion we have multiple Mortgage Advisor positions available. This is an essential role to a fast paced business and the right person would discover an exciting opportunity with long term prospects. We take satisfaction in the achievements of our clients on their new home and property purchases. We do not work from a specific lender panel and the right candidate can realistically earn £70k + uncapped.

Role Overview:

  • Providing exceptional advice to our clients and new enquiries.
  • Offering the most suitable products to meet client needs.
  • Establish and maintain long lasting relationships with clients and lender BDMs.
  • Ongoing training undertaken to support CPD.
  • Supported by an experienced administration team so you can stick to providing advice.
  • You’ll enjoy market leading commission on offer from specialist providers.

Requirements:

  • You will hold a CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 years advisor experience.
  • Regulated and non-regulated experience essential.
  • Must be a self-starter with the motivation to rapidly grow your client base and earnings.
  • Experience with BTL, HMOs, limited company mortgages, and specialist lenders and their criteria.
  • Ability to maintain our high standards of client service.
  • Able to commute to and from Norwich.
